Inter IKEA Group brings together three areas: Retail Concept, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people.
People & Culture Center of Expertise provides a wide scope of services within the area of people and culture operations for all Inter IKEA Group companies in Sweden to secure a seamless co-workers experience. The role that we are recruiting for holds responsibility for the following areas called Services: Payroll, Mobility, Pension and Insurance, P&C Operations and Systems.
Other areas that lay under the responsibility of People and Culture Center of Expertise are: Health and Wellbeing, Labor Law, Meet and Travel, Co-worker Journey, Total Rewards, Projects and Union representatives.
Job description
We offer a challenging and inspiring role where you, together with a team of specialists, secure a seamless co-worker experience across all legal entities within Inter IKEA in Sweden.
The assignment:
- Lead and develop the People & Culture Center of Expertise Services team in a supportive and empowering way
- Secure excellence in the deliveries of the Services function
- Drive and contribute to tactical initiatives and projects across the IKEA People and Culture landscape
- Build strong, trustful relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Create clear ways of working and continuously improve processes together with the team
- Secure an accurate and timely payroll delivery
Qualification
To be successful in this role we believe you are a senior leader with motivation to lead and develop business and people together. You are a people-focused leader who enjoys enabling others to succeed and grow. You have a solid foundation in both living and sharing the IKEA culture and values. Additionally, you have:

More Information
This role is fulltime (40 hours per week) and is based in Älmhult. You will report to the People & Culture Center of Expertise Manager.
