    • Who you are

    Good procurement doesn't just fix problems. It stops them before they happen.
    You're the senior expert in our Procurement Operations team, and a trusted partner to the Procurement Service Manager. You lead operational excellence by analysing business performance, identifying operational risks, driving standardization across countries and ensuring operational governance. You transform operational insights into actions by leading root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, user experience and process compliance.

    You'll contribute to delivering the 3Es, effectiveness, efficiency and experience, while supporting Ingka's ambition to become a lower-cost company through simplification, standardization and automation.

    What we're looking for

    • A university degree and 6–7 years of relevant Procurement, P2P or supply chain experience, or a minimum of 9 years of overall relevant professional experience
    • A deep understanding of procurement operations and end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes
    • Experience analyzing KPIs, SLAs and operational performance
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven experience leading root cause analysis, with a track record of corrective actions that stick
    • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
    • Passion for Operational Excellence, standardization and continuous improvement.
    • The ability to collaborate across countries, procurement, IBM, global process teams, digital and AMS

    A day in your life with us

    • Lead operational excellence across Procurement Operations, including Buying Operations and wider procurement services
    • Own the analysis of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance trends, proactively identifying risks and driving actions before service levels are impacted.
    • Lead operational performance reviews and recovery plans when KPIs or SLAs are declining or not improving as expected.
    • Lead root cause analysis, and make sure corrective actions stick across countries
    • Drive standardization across countries, challenging local deviations and promoting global ways of working
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on the 3Es
    • Lead complex country escalations, and coordinate resolution with IBM and key stakeholders
    • Lead business verification testing, validating new process scenarios and sharing structured recommendations
    • Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and operational excellence supporting Ingka's lower-cost agenda.
    • Lead the expansion and stabilization of new Procurement services and in-house capabilities.
    • Drive Catalogue adoption, catalogue price quality and compliance with global buying standards.
    • Lead Tactical Buying and Tail Spend Management initiatives, and identify new opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and continuously improve user guidance, how-to documentation and operational knowledge.
    • Provide operational insights and recommendations to the Procurement Service Manager, Global Process Teams and Digital to influence future improvements.
    • Coach and develop Procurement Operations Experts I, and represent the team in governance meetings and stakeholder discussions
    • Represent OSS in governance meetings, operational reviews and stakeholder discussions when required.
    • Ensure compliance with global procurement standards, controls and governance
