    • What you'll need to have

    • Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
    • Comfortable with standing, lifting upto 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
    • Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
    • Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn
    • Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
    • People-person, good at building rapport
    • Results-driven
    • Team player, but can work solo
    • Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace

    A day in your life with us

    • Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage using Warehouse equipments.
    • Unload and manage inbound/outbound merchandise
    • Secure merchandise for safe movement
    • Verify received articles against paperwork
    • Document and remove damaged merchandise
    • Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
    • Maintain safety and security in work areas
    • Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity
    • Contribute to a positive community and environmental impact.

    We’re the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs. If you’ve wonder who’s responsible for finding effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers, that’s us.
