    • You're a final-year student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • You're curious about technology and enjoy helping others solve technical challenges.
    • You have a basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and digital tools.
    • You're organized, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people.
    • You have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
    • Knowledge of IT support processes or IT service management is a plus.

    • Help co-workers solve everyday technical issues and get the most out of their digital tools.
    • Support the setup and care of digital equipment across the store.
    • Assist with everyday IT tasks and basic troubleshooting.

    This is a paid internship for students and young people up to 30 through a student-youth cooperative (omladinska zadruga).

    You would work on-site from our Belgrade office (Astrid Lindgren 11), full-time, while having the flexibility you need to balance your studies during exam periods and other academic commitments.
