    • Who you are

    Lead end-to-end operational excellence across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function by driving operational performance, standardization, governance and continuous improvement. As the operational leader for the P2P tower, you will act as the first line of defence, partnering with Country organizations, Global Process Teams, Digital and IBM to deliver stable, efficient and high-quality Finance & Procurement operations while shaping the future of OSS.

    What we're looking for

    • University degree and 8–10 years of relevant Finance experience, or minimum 15–20 years of overall relevant professional experience.
    • Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience, including outsourced/vendor-managed operations.
    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transactional Finance operations and/or vendor-managed teams in a global shared services environment.
    • Strong understanding of P2P processes, operational governance, controls, KPIs and continuous improvement.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across Country organizations, Global Process Teams, Digital and IBM.

    A day in your life with us

    • Own end-to-end operational performance across the P2P tower, ensuring stable, compliant and efficient operations.
    • Lead operational governance, monitor KPIs and service health, and drive performance reviews with key stakeholders.
    • Drive global standardization and promote best practices across countries and outsourced operations.
    • Act as the first line of defence by proactively identifying operational risks, strengthening controls and ensuring process compliance.
    • Lead root cause analysis and eliminate recurring operational issues through sustainable corrective actions.
    • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on Efficiency, Experience and Effectiveness.
    • Translate operational insights, recurring pain points and performance trends into recommendations for Global Process Teams and Digital.
    • Partner closely with Country organizations, Global Process Teams, Digital and IBM to maximize business value and user experience.
    • Represent OSS in governance forums and act as an ambassador for standardized ways of working.

    P2P specific responsibilities

    • Drive operational excellence across P2P activities
    • Increase PO Compliance, Invoice Match and touchless processing through standardization and continuous improvement.
    • Support adoption of global P2P standards, policies and operational controls.
    • Ensure high-quality execution of Month-End activities and operational readiness.
    • Develop the capability of the Operations Expert team and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
