    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Lead the daily performance of the Service Execution team and secure efficient and safe operations in receiving, handling, staging, preparation for last mile, handover and loading.
    • Take part in attracting and selecting new team members when needed, helping build a diverse, skilled and motivated team for the future.
    • Ensure smooth goods flow from receiving to customer pick-up or handover to the delivery service provider.
    • Take responsibility for capacity planning within the pick-up point (space, equipment, team scheduling) to support commercial goals, productivity and flexibility.
    • Maintain a clean, well-organized and safe working environment, ensuring that co-workers follow health, safety and security standards.
    • Work on reducing product loss and damages by identifying root causes and raising quality awareness in daily operations.
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with external service providers to support efficient and reliable delivery operations.
    • Contribute to cost optimization by sharing insights related to customer expectations, operational performance and opportunities for improvement.
