Your responsibilities
• Create Quality awareness in the store – Communicate Corrective Actions, Q-News and other relevant information concerning Product Quality in the Store. Educate co-workers on what Quality is and how to detect and report quality issues. Provide feedback to all in-store quality reports raised by co-workers and communicate the Corrective Actions achieved through raising Q-Alarms.
• Work proactively across functions to increase Customer satisfaction and reduce Customer returns.
• Work closely with Customer Relations (after sales and contact center) to secure exchange and returns code accuracy.
• Handle customer quality concerns and returns by doing the initial inspection, providing feedback and - if necessary - securinghe inspected product until further action instructed.
• Communicate and secure the implementation of routines related to Quality work.
• Analyse Quality KPI performance in the store. Prioritise and initiate actions to improve.
• Block and report goods that have potential quality problems by issuing and creating store quality reports (SQR's) in CASY.
• Provide the Q-Store with the customer and co-worker feedback on reported and potential product quality issues.
• Block goods according to Safety and Sales stop routines, report quantity through QSRs, carry out and follow-up actions requested by IoS and QSC. Ensure that sales stopped articles that are in transit (via DC and DD) are monitored, blocked and inspected on receiving.
• Execute claim actions, once they are decided (As-Is, scrap, return or repair) following social and environmental policies, routines and laws when disposing of goods. Monthly check and verification of CASY quality credits received.
• Document every reported quality problem in the Support Store Report list and ensure that all administrative requirements are fulfilled in order to maintain inventory accuracy by working closely with in-store SSS team.
