• You have understanding and active use of the Selling the IKEA way manual.  
• You have the knowledge of the IKEA product range.  
• You have the basic range presentation know-how.  
• You have the computer literacy. 
• You have the passion for communication and home furnishing
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.
• You enjoy teamwork as well as be able to work independently and take leadership on tasks

Your responsibilities

• Ensures the smooth operation of the P-tag program in the store.
• Provides the store with communication materials produced by the P-tag system, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Ensures prepare contribute price communication during time restricted price, special offers, and price changes.
• Orders, organizes storage, conducts inventory, and timely ensures the proper quantity of materials in the designated place.
• Conducts training for commercial department coworkers on using the P-tag program and on communication placement rules upon request.
• Provides updated information about price tags and communication materials to commercial team in a timely manner.
• Identify and analyze the communication needs and turn them into relevant actions 
• Execute communication plans based on existing strategies and business needs to obtain mechanical sales 
• You understand the store and department action plans. You take responsibility for your department goals and know how you contribute.
