Who you are• Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Occupational Health and Safety management in Korea (Good knowledge of Health officer's duties is preferred.)
• Certificate of Engineer Industrial Safety (산업안전기사) / Industrial Engineer Industrial Safety (산업안전산업기사) Or bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety engineering
• Good knowledge of Health officers' duties in OHS Act
• Good knowledge of local OHS regulations (OHS Act, SAPA …)
• Ability to self-direct and to work independently
• Good in English, both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in IT tools, systems and MS office.
Your responsibilities
• Responsible for overall co-worker’s occupational health and safety for Store-level.
• Define and drive the execution of OHS program for the store and secure adherence to country OHS strategy and targets via continuous communication with county level OHS in charge.
• Develop and implement relevant OHS activities such as OHS risk assessment, regular OHS inspection, OHS training and so on.
• Drive incident management including but not limited to promoting OHS incident reporting, supervising incident closure, leading the investigation of major incidents, and preparing incident analysis.
• Co-ordinate Annual medical check-up for all co-worker and special check-up for newcomer for store.
• Implement an Working environment measurement, Examination of risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders
• Further tasks related with co-workers' health and Wellbeing can be added.
