    Additional Information:
    • We currently have one (1) Permanent Part-time position available, 40 hours per fortnight.
    • The Hiring Manager for this role is Jorge Rivera - Shopkeeper
    • Applications close Wednesday 25th February 2026
    • As our store operates seven days per week, you must be available to work a rotating roster, including a mix of day and evening shifts. You must also be available to work three out of four weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday).

    About this work area

    As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Engage and assist customers to understand their needs and provide expert knowledge about IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
    • Actively participate in selling activities with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked.
    • Build strong relationships within your team and across departments to promote collaboration and an inclusive work environment.
    • Assembling displays for the introduction of new products.



    As Sales Co-worker you are:
    • Passionate about learning and sharing your knowledge of the IKEA range with customers.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
    • Customer-focused and driven to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
    • Friendly, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people.
    • An authentic approach in generating sales, whilst maintaining a professional, self-motivated attitude towards meeting sales targets and KPIs.
    • A ‘Togetherness’ mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and tools.
    • A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
