    What you'll be doing day to day

    As a Customer Order Fulfillment Manager, at our new Plan and Order Point, which is a smaller studio where customers can find home furnishing advice and expertise to help design their ideal space, you will:



    Implement and oversee the commercial action plan for the Plan & Order Point, incorporating input from matrix partners to achieve agreed-upon goals, key performance indicators, sales priorities, and long-term profitability.

    Analyze and contribute to strategic decisions involving product presentation, local market insights, strengths, and opportunities when collaborating with the team and cross-functional partners to ensure the relevance of the Plan & Order Point.

    Hire, onboard and train team members co-workers. Direct the overall selection, onboarding, training, and development of the team, including the creation of individual development plans.

    Follows up on financial goals, key performance indicators, and costs. Taking action on deviations.

    Introduce effective methods and new country processes/systems and ensure they are adopted by the team.

    Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation.

    Drive customer traffic by participating in approved local events and/or marketing opportunities.

    Lead, attend, and contribute to cross-functional Plan & Order Point meetings and forums as applicable.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience in managing, leading, and developing people, preferably in a customer-centric or retail environment.

    Experience in customer service, problem solving and conflict handling techniques.

    Experience in planning, driving output and measuring performance.
