Additional information
• This role is Permanent, Full-time 76hrs/fortnight.
• Applications close Friday 24 January 2024
• The availability requirements for this role are primarily AM shifts (6am – 2pm) on weekdays and
weekend (both Saturday & Sunday) shifts once per month.
• Additional availability may be required at times for other shifts (2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am)
• As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check including National
Police Check
• As part of the recruitment process, final candidates may be required to complete an assessment.
About this work area
As Central Fulfilment Goods Flow Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Achieving set Distribution Centre, Customer Distribution Centre, Central Parcel Unit KPI’s and
operational capacities, and developing and implementing better ways of working in collaboration
with the Central Fulfilment team.
• Securing the Goods Flow team’s competence in working processes and ensuring a strong unit
culture of safety compliance and adherence to the SOP standards within the operation.
• Securing sufficient mid-term staff, shift, and equipment planning based on volume forecast tools,
to ensure operational activities meet goods availability.
• Identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing talents in the goods flow team to secure a diverse,
competent and high performing team and future succession.
• Securing all necessary training or licensing for Goods Flow co-workers in a timely manner, including
mandatories, SOP’s, SWMS and leadership.
