    • In this internship, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of a GenAi solution. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth adoption and manage the change process effectively.     A day in your life with us

    As a Digital Solution (AI) Intern, you will focus on planning and executing the deployment of a GenAi solution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the solution meets their requirements. Your main objective will be to facilitate user adoption and manage the change process effectively. What you will learn is:

    - Assist in Planning and Execution: Help plan and execute the deployment of the GenAi solution.
    - Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure the solution meets their requirements.
    - Develop Training Materials: Create and deliver training materials and workshops to facilitate user adoption.
    - Monitor User Feedback: Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    - Support Change Management: Communicate updates and address concerns during the change management process.
    - Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to the deployment process.
    - Develop Metrics: Assist in developing metrics to measure the success of the deployment and adoption efforts.

    Hard skills:
    - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Change Management, or a related field in The Netherlands
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Previous experience in project management or change management is a plus

    - You will receive an internship allowance of €340 gross per month (based on 38 hours).
