A day in your life with us
As Service execution teamleader you are:
• Accountable for assigned team's performance to secure a high performing daily operation connected to Service Execution for the unit including:
• efficient staging and preparation for last mile and loading operations,
• the required handover and loading capacities,
• inventory and handling management,
• compliance to applicable frameworks and guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment throughout the unit and secure Service Execution Co-workers working in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security and the environment.
• Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing the many talents in the Service Execution team, to secure a diverse, high performing team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession.
• Secure effective, qualitative and efficient daily Service Execution within the assigned area of responsibility by contributing to goal achievement, people, shift and equipment planning, create co-worker’s quality awareness to prevent and reduce damages, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal needs.

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a core function within Retail Operations and a fundamental part in making IKEA Omnichannel retailing a reality. We do this by developing and operating replenishment and fulfilment, end-to-end with a process-oriented organization, with radical collaboration to our colleagues within Commercial, Service office and supply partners.
We deliver with a clear focus on people development and sustainable and cost-effective operations. As Service execution teamleader you are part of CFF Unit operations team, led by the Fulfilment Operations.

• Relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics role or an University/college degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management)
• Eager to deliver customer value and excellence in operation

• Passion to lead business through people and having a strong belief in the individual potential to develop.
• Energised by developing and supporting others to reach set goals
• Passion for logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing omnichannel environment. Good knowledge of retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
• Good knowledge of different leadership styles and how to adapt it according to needs and different situations.
• Understanding of budget, cost, and key performance indicators and how to use them to plan, follow up and steer the business.
• Understanding and active usage all IKEA manuals, and the relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
• Sound understanding of the IKEA Code of Conduct, as well as regulations and legislation relating to health, safety and security in the area of responsibility
• Good knowledge of service execution processes, frameworks, and guidelines.
• Available to work also during weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.

• A gross monthly salary for a 38 hour contract is 3320,65
• A 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.
• A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and amounts to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.
• Travel expenses for public transport are reimbursed 100%. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance up to a maximum of 250 euros per month.
• 15% employee discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.
• Various arrangements that suit your personal situation. Think of transition leave and equal (100% paid) birth leave regardless of the composition of your family. You may also exchange the public holidays applicable in the Netherlands with non-Christian holidays. And every store has a quiet/prayer room.
