Your responsibilities

'- Taking overall responsibility for IKEA FAMILY and IKEA BUSINESS marketing program in our store in order to maximize their potential. This includes working closely together with the sales department to build on the synergies between the range and the loyalty programs.
- In cooperation with Service office marketing department, plan and coordinate the implementation of the store external communication plan focusing on IKEA owned media to promote relevant messages most efficiently to IKEA FAMILY members, IKEA BUSINESS members, customers and consumers.
- Take the lead in driving the sustainability agenda in the store as defined in the ARC model in addendum and taking the lead in driving the agenda for local social initiatives.
- Responsible for developing local social initiatives and raising the awareness of our commitment to sustainability, both internally and with our consumers and external stakeholders, in order to strengthen the perception of IKEA as a responsible company.
