- you want to develop yourself and the IKEA business during an internship of minimum 12 weeks. A minimum of 2 days in the office in Zaventem will be required. You are willing and able to visit our eight stores for face-to-face meetings and information gathering (minimum 1 visit per store during the internship).

Your responsibilities

• Mapping Current Mobility Offers:
o Assess and document the current mobility options available for customers at each IKEA store.
o Measure the sustainable impact of each option.
o Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative feedback from users.
• Analyzing Potential Solutions:
o Research and evaluate alternative sustainable mobility solutions.
o Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Market Analysis:
o Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to understand what our competitors are offering.
o Identify trends and best practices in sustainable mobility.
• Roadmap Development:
o Propose a strategic roadmap towards 2030.
o Outline actionable steps and milestones to enhance our sustainable mobility offerings.
