Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing plan (promotion, events, external collaboration) to increase mall’s visitation.
  • Create and schedule social (approved) contents, photos, and relevant information to the mall’s website and social media application (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other related platforms).
  • Manage and ensure information between mall with media and general public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall’s brand identity and positioning.
  • Maintain relationships with service providers, vendors, and publishers to ensure collaboration in marketing activities.
  • Ensure customer facing communication materials (posters, information, caption) are in good order.
  • Assist in the administrative and corporate records of the department.
  • Support and responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities, and capex items.

Qualification
  • Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Any related course or professional course attended.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged.
