    Qualifications

    - 2 years of retail visual merchandising or similar.
    - Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD, or similar software.
    - Associate's degree preferred.

    - Implements and innovates upon store layout plan in order to best present the product range.
    - Maintains an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers.
    - Creates and maintains visual displays.
    - Devises, implements and executes effective merchandising strategies.
    - Utilizes space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency in store design.
    -Implement department action plan to grow the business and increase profitability
    -Uses creative approach to solve home furnishing challenges that exist in the local market
    - Remains up-to-date and knowledgeable about current home furnishing and interior design trends
    - Secures an impression of new and inspiring solutions to meet the demands of our customers"

    HOURS: 34-40hrs a week

    We are looking for a candidate with strong visual composition skills, meticulous organization and knowledge of Revit. The regular hours for the position are from 7:00am-3:30pm M-F, with additional availability needed during peak times.

    The pay range for this role is $ 19.96- 28 based on Ikea equivalent years of experience

    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 28.2 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
