    Your responsibilities

    As Country Business Risk & Compliance Manager, you will lead and develop the country Business Risk & Compliance function to ensure riskware, compliant, and high performing organization. You will:
    • Be overall responsible for risk and compliance across the country, securing alignment with Ingka Group frameworks, processes, and ways of working
    • Create and execute the country Business Risk & Compliance plan based on risk registers, business priorities, and local needs
    • Maintain and develop the country risk register, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, managed, and clearly reported to country leadership
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions and key controls, providing independent follow‑up and challenge
    • Provide relevant tactical and strategic risk and compliance insights to support decision making and business planning
    • Lead crisis management and ensure preparedness through clear routines, escalation and response plans
    • Drive standardized and automated “right by design” ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency
    • Secure implementation of global frameworks, adapted to local legislation, risk appetite, and business context
    • Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing Risk & Compliance team and matrix, fostering strong talent development and future readiness
    • Promote a strong risk and compliance culture, increasing risk awareness and enabling the business to grasp opportunities responsibly
    • Oversee third‑party, supplier and partner risk management, ensuring external relationships meet Ingka risk, compliance, and ethical standards
