    * To set the direction for Mixed Use sales & leasing strategies and ensure its translation into coordinated activities that will support and develop new partnership both offline and online to maximize total income in line with MU projects in China and objectives.

    •Strategy Development - Knowledge of how to set direction, create and manage long-term plans, set budgets and goals, and follow up on KPIs.
    •Driving strategy - Directs effort to achieve long-term business objectives.
    •Process Development & Improvement - Designing, developing and continuously improving processes, services and products to become more cost-effective and efficient, including Lean Six Sigma.
    •Synergy leasing - Knowledge of how to create synergies among tenants, that ensures a complementary offer for the customers.
    •Account management – How to build strong and long-lasting partnership and manage them across the portfolio.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops and drives the direction for sales & leasing strategy of China MU projects.
    • Responsible to lead a number of Sales & Leasing projects within China MU projects.
    • Support colleagues by offering timely coordination or organizational support to ensure smooth running of daily business within Sales & Leasing
    • Ensures streamlining of the best practices, tools and policies that can support efficiency and high-quality for sales & leasing services.
    • Provide insights based on external information from the industry and Market to support Sales & Leasing decision-making. Stays updated with developments and practices and keep the network informed.
    • Develops and drives new income opportunities and initiatives;
    • Provides support to new developments / new markets through internal or external sales and leasing expertise.
    • Coaches and develops the team.
