Additional information:
• This role is Temporary, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight for a period of 6 months.
• The preferred location for the role is Service Office, Tempe NSW, however remote work from any IKEA AU location will be considered.

About this work area
As People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• General administrative activities to support the People & Culture function along with any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
• Executing People Analytics administrative tasks to a high level of accuracy.
• Supporting the broader People Delivery team in key business projects including transformation projects and Business Plan.
• Executing central people services tasks to ensure all administrative tasks are completed with high accuracy and in line with service level agreements.
• Working closely with the Recruitment Delivery team executing administrative tasks and processes related to recruitment including contract generation and securing new starter paperwork completion.
• Continuously contribute to the improvement in people delivery aiming for the highest possible standard.
With extensive experience in administrative activities, you are driven by providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable working with strict deadlines you are highly organised with clear prioritisation skills. You accomplish goals, complete tasks, and achieve results in a timely and accurate way. Demonstrating good attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you are confident to work both autonomously and in a coordinated fashion to deliver on our People agenda. You have a curious mindset and express ideas effectively. You demonstrate a passion for finding better ways and identifying improvements to process. You are able to work both independently and as a team, showing initiative to work in a flexible manner to manage workload, as well as adhoc and urgent tasks that arise.
