WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

•Deep knowledge of data analysis
•Deep knowledge of techniques for following up and measuring activity efficiency and effectiveness using relevant tools and technology
•Deep knowledge of current marketing trends, developments, and performance metrics
•Broad knowledge of marketing technology
•Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision
•Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes and cycles
•Broad knowledge of Group strategies, priorities and business planning process
•Good knowledge of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management
•Broad knowledge of the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviours
•Broad knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
•Support on defining the Marketing Performance Framework (including KPIs and measurements)
•Support the marketing planning process, ensuring objectives are based on a clear understanding of our current performance and ROI
•Support on driving a significant improvement of the ROI of Marketing activities to contribute to the Marketing function’s extraordinary result
•Identify recommendations and influence key stakeholders to ensure that goals are consistently met
•Lead the overall performance analysis of branding, paid, owned and earned media to drive ROI
•Collaborate in the execution of post activity implementation reviews, sharing key findings with stakeholders to improve the quality of global content and media development
•Contribute with identifying growth opportunities and together with Customer Engagement Team, Integrated Media Team and Marketing Communications team, give input to hubs to meet common goals
•Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
•Measure performance of output in own areas to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure performance excellence throughout the year
•Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
