We are now strengthening our position in Korea by opening the first store inside of Seoul city (the 4th store in Greater Seoul). The Seoul Gangdong store is our first store in Seoul city. It is in a mixed-use environment with office towers and a magnificent shopping centre. The scheduled opening is March 2025.

• You are a good communicator who speaks to co-workers and customers in a friendly and engaged manner.
• You have ability to numeracy and computer (Excel) literacy and analytical skills.
• You have knowledge of IKEA processes, supply chain, store and warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment.
• Preferred to have forklift driver license.
Your responsibilities
• This position is Sales specialist in each core area.
• Supports Core Area Manager and Team leader with competence development, retail foundation, processes and best practices creation/implementation.
• Ensure the implementation of the business strategy, which is part of the core area strategy.
•Responsible for securing effective, qualitative and efficient goods flow within the stores’ receiving-, storing-, in order to guarantee customer shopping experience through quality of products, merchandising and stock accuracy.
• You work closely with the Commercial team to ensure customers are provided with a positive shopping experience.
• You actively contribute and support to handle Range changes effectively.
• You actively support and develop co-operation with other functions, by sharing knowledge, in order to present the range in the most commercially profitable way.
• You train/coach the coworkers based on knowledge about IKEA range, concept, manuals, guidelines and identified best practices
