    • Inspire and surprise visitors by presenting and communicating the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors’ expectations.
    • Lead, develop and inspire the Com&In team and other functions in the store in increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions.
    • Actively approaching customers by the store layout, range presentation and store communication, thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home.
    TOGETHER AS A TEAM
    • Support the Com&In team in securing high quality carpentry and paintwork throughout the store in a simple, safe, cost-effective and efficient way.
    • Use knowledge of people’s life at home, range presentation and the IKEA visual identity to support the Com&In team in presenting and communicating the IKEA product range.
    • Prioritise the work to meet the needs and expectations of store visitors and minimise disruption when working on the shop floor.
