    Job description

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Be an enthusiastic, proactive person to initiate, support and execute designated marketing duties, a team player with a pleasant personality to establish good working relationships with internal and external parties, able to work independently and resourceful in delivering the marketing objectives effectively and efficiently.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

    1. Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing plan (promotion, events, external collaboration) to increase mall’s visitation.
    2. Create and schedule social (approved) contents, photos, and relevant information to the mall’s website and social media application (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other related platforms).
    3. Manage and ensure information between mall with media and general public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall’s brand identity and positioning.
    4. Maintain relationships with service providers, vendors, and publishers to ensure collaboration in marketing activities.
    5. Ensure customer facing communication materials (posters, information, caption) are in good order.
    6. Assist in the administrative and corporate records of the department.
    7. Support and responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities, and capex items.

    Qualification
    • Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
    • Any related course or professional course attended.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged.

    Knowledge

    • Fresh graduates, minimum 1-2 years of working experience.
    • Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office applications.
    • Experience with marketing, event planning/management, public relations, digital management, and other related industry will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment with exceptional quality and minimal supervision.
    • Proactive, independent, team player, organized, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadline.
    • Possess great interpersonal communication skills.
