    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    Education and Major:
    Undergraduate or above in school, with priority given to computer-related majors (such as Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Management, etc.). Candidates from other majors with relevant skills and experience are also considered.

    Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent Chinese and English writing skills. Proficient in drafting and editing Chinese and English project documents and meeting minutes.

    Professional Knowledge:
    -Master basic knowledge of network working principles and network architecture, and understand the basics of common network devices and protocols.
    -Have a preliminary understanding of the basic architecture and work processes of telephone systems and call centers; candidates with relevant project experience are preferred.
    Tool Skills:

    -Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and capable of efficiently completing document typesetting, data statistics, and report creation.

    -Familiar with the use of Jira project management tool, able to independently create tasks, update status, and track progress; understand the Confluence document collaboration platform, and have document editing and archiving capabilities.

    Comprehensive Quality:
    -Serious and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, and good abilities in information capture and summary.
    -Possess strong communication and coordination skills as well as team collaboration awareness, and able to respond quickly to team needs.
    -Strong learning ability, passionate about IT project management-related work, and able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.

    A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

    '-Be responsible for the drafting, organizing, and archiving of IT project-related documents, including but not limited to project plans, requirement specifications, and progress reports. Ensure the documents have clear logic and standardized formats.
    -Participate in project-related meetings, accurately record meeting key points, resolutions, and pending tasks. Timely organize them into Chinese and English meeting minutes (reports) and synchronize them to relevant members.
    -Assist in maintaining project management tools: update project task status and track progress in Jira; build and improve the project document library in Confluence to ensure timely information synchronization.
    -Cooperate with the team to collect, verify, and summarize project-related information, providing basic data support for project decision-making.
    -Assist in handling basic document organization work related to telephone systems and call centers, and cooperate with the team to promote the project implementation of relevant modules.
