    What you'll be doing day to day

    Customer Fulfilment is essential in making IKEA a truly omnichannel retailer. You help create a seamless shopping experience for the many people by ensuring that products are available, handled with care, and delivered with great quality across all touchpoints. You contribute to an end‑to‑end, process‑oriented organization that works across functions to achieve strong business results together with our partners.

    • Contribute to daily operational excellence by supporting the team in planning, leading, and performing tasks across key fulfilment areas, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, goods replenishment, and yard operations. Ensures all activities are completed within agreed timelines and with the customer at the center of every decision.
    • Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks with a holistic view of the total operation, securing an efficient workflow and smooth handovers between functions.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and sustainable working environment in line with IKEA safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure all co‑workers receive proper training and follow established routines to secure a safe and compliant operation.
    • Support the achievement of operational goals set by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader, contributing to strong performance, continuous improvement, and a positive customer experience.
    • Oversee daily processes within the assigned area of responsibility, acting quickly on deviations, resolving issues in a timely manner, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that all routines and working methods are consistently followed.

    Open Availability Required Monday-Sunday including holidays, nights and weekends.

    The hourly pay range for this role is $25.06 - $35.40

    Qualifications

    ⦁ 3 years experience in logistics, fulfilment, or warehouse operations within a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
    ⦁ Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
    ⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Power BI.
    ⦁ Previous leadership experience preferred.
    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 25.06 USD to 35.4 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
