Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business is preferred.
Second-level certificate for National computer or above.
Good oral and written English communication skills. (CET4 at least, CET6 or TEM4/6/8 is preferred).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively approach customers and identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their expectations.
Understand how to use the different IKEA sales and communication channels and know-how for the different customers you meet.
Keep sales area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, to give customers a positive shopping experience.
Understand the store and department action plans. You take responsibility for your department goals and know how you contribute.
