    Great, then I have good news!

    My name is Anna Samuelsson and I am Financial Controlling and Tax Manager at Finance Services at Ingka AB. I am now looking for an experienced Accounting & Reporting Manager that will mainly focus on our Retail companies in Sweden. Working with us, you will get the opportunity to work with engaged colleagues and true IKEA ambassadors that navigate according to our values.

    OUR WISH LIST
    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • A university/college degree in accounting / finance / economics or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience within a leadership role
    • At least 10 years of experience from larger organisations within accounting and/or auditing experience and preferably within the Retail area
    • To be change oriented and be able to handle a constantly changing environment with many different stakeholders and demands
    • To have knowledge of local and Ingka General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, financial reporting and tax laws
    • Experience of working with SAP
    • To have good skills in MS Office
    • To be a strong communicator, both in Swedish and English, with capacity to take and influence decisions and create energy and commitment within the organisation
    • Ability to inspire individuals and teams to accomplish organisational goals

    A DAY IN LIFE WITH US
    You will work on a strategic, tactical and operational level and use your strong analytical skills to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions. You can be demanding and clear in a humble way.
    Adding on to this you will:

    • Lead the development of the team to secure the right competences, performance and succession
    • Lead the team to achieve global standard frameworks and processes and efficiently deliver the right level of quality of accounting and reporting for business and compliance needs
    • Build strong networks and relationship both within and outside your organization
    • Responsible for all financial reporting in compliance with INGKA Group frameworks, local GAAP, and other applicable local regulations and requirements, while ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control framework within financial operations
    • Secure close cooperation with Legal and Tax teams to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements and enable an efficient and effective external audit process

This allows the other entities to focus on their core business and together we help to create a better everyday life for the many people! Within Finance Services we are about 50 co-workers currently working with support and expertise within several financial areas.
