Who you are

The Co-worker Relations Manager is responsible for fostering positive relationships with our co-workers, ensuring compliance with employment standards and promoting health and well-being. This role is crucial in conveying the voice of the co-workers, while keeping the business interests in mind.

Other important experience you bring is:
• You have been working with Danish labor law and with union agreements, either in another company or an organization
• You speak and write both Danish and English on a high level

Your responsibilities

• Handling responsibilities like negotiation and influence is key, helping to steer conversations and getting things done
• Using data to make decisions thus ensuring that we are on the right track, especially when planning for the future workforce
• Building good relationships with key stakeholders is essential, as it fosters trust and teamwork
• Responsible for IKEA Denmark staying compliant and up to date with Danish labor laws and union agreements
• Continuously improving processes so we are always getting better
• Ensuring change management processes so everything runs smoothly
• Focusing on social sustainability, ensuring that we are making a positive impact both now and in the future

Our team within IKEA

You will be part of the People & Culture Co-worker Experience team, which is located at our Service Office in Taastrup store.

In this position, you will gain experience of working with many different people and as part of our larger People and Culture Department, you will help ensure that we have happy and satisfied co-workers. We have a strong focus on creating a good working environment for our many co-workers, as well as ensuring a good "life balance". We value our co-workers highly and want to deliver a high level of service to them in all aspects of our business. We also have a really strong team spirit, where we support each other and pull together when needed

• This position is a full time role with hybrid locations, primarily from home or from our IKEA Taastrup store
• Salary according to qualifications and within IKEA's salary policy
