IKEA Lakeside are looking to welcome an sales replenishment Assistant, nightshift.

At IKEA, our stock changes with the seasons, ensuring there’s always something fresh for our customers to discover. As a Sales Replenishment Assistant, you’ll handle new stock and seasonal updates throughout the store, working overnight to implement plans and prepare the store to impress our customers each morning.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 9th November 2024
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour
• Additional £2.25 per hour between 10pm - 6am
• 30 Hours working 5 nights per week, shifts between 10pm - 8am including 3 out of 4 weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You have a pro-active approach, love multi-tasking, and are passionate about being part of the team but also can work independently.
• You will have strong IKEA product knowledge.
• You are self-driven, make clear decisions, and use your initiative daily.
• You prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with strong attention to detail.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Point to point replenishment of all commercial activity areas across the unit
• You are always passionate about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
• You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
