    Additional Information:
    • These roles are:
    o Warehouse Co-worker Permanent Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight
    o Forklift Driver Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight
    • The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker

    • This role requires availability to work:
    o Outbound Warehouse Co-worker: 6:00am to 10:00pm
    o Inbound Warehouse Co-worker: 6:00am to 2:00pm
    o Forklift Driver: 6:00am to 10:00pm
    • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
    • To be successful for the Forklift Driver role, a forklift licence will be required and experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded.
    • If your application is progressed, you will be contacted and invited to a Group Assessment Centre on Tuesday 24th February 2026

    About this work area

    As a Warehouse Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    Outbound Team
    • Responsible for customer order tasks such as picking, packing and checking products in line with in-store and/or online orders within set KPIs.
    • Supporting customers with the collection and hand-out of their Merchandise Pick-up or Click & Collect orders.
    • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment, goods storage and returns flow to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
    • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

    Inbound Team
    • Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability.
    • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received, accurate replenishment of assigned area, and identifying any discrepancies to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and in accordance with the visual merchandising guidance.
    • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store while safely utilising material handling equipment and tools.
    • Adhering to IKEA’s safety policies, rules, and guidelines to allow for safe goods movement through the store and storage to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
    • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

    Forklift Driver
    • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
    • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
    • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
    • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
