We will build new platforms and products providing the Frontend, backend and integration interface to support and improve the co-worker, manager and People planners journey within Ingka.

Our products both provide and consume data to/from other products through Rest and Event API’s. So, it is important that we do this right from the beginning and that we build a platform with a good technical foundation and architecture.

Within the People Planning subdomain – We are the Co-worker Experience area.
Our responsibility is to contribute to IKEA People Planning Co-worker PP Experience. Our mission statement is to create a seamless experience for our Co-worker when they work within People planning processes.
