About the job

Reporting to the Recovery Supervisor, you provide support in assessing product conditions, recovery work, furniture assembly and general maintenance of your work areas.

Your assignment

• You receive, confirm, and categorize the products and ensure the maintenance of spare parts and hardware library of your recovery work area.
• You carry out data entry documenting the returned items into the internal inventory systems and assist in ensuring that the products are properly priced and displayed in accordance with safety and sale mechanism guidelines.
• You analyse, generate, and follow up with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your profile

• You are comfortable with tools handling and enjoy DIY assembling.
• You are physically fit and able to carry and handle heavy loads (e.g. assembled furniture) and withstand prolonged hours of standing.
• You are passionate, friendly, and confident to interact with people to advise our customers in the product enquiries to facilitate their buying decision.
• You are proficient in using PowerPoint to create training materials.
• You possess basic computer skills especially Excel, Sharepoint, Google Forms etc.
• You have experience as a coach/trainer.
• You are able to analyse and read numerical data.
• You are flexible in supporting retail peak periods in the evenings, on weekends and/or public holidays are required.
