    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer relations and/or working with legal entities in a multicultural environment;
    • A natural ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively;
    • A solution-oriented mindset, making quick decisions while leading people and business;
    • Great communication and negotiation skills to inspire teams and drive sales;
    • Confidence in using MS Office and willingness to learn new digital tools;
    • Fluency in Serbian and English (spoken and written);
    • B category driver’s license (active driver).

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Understand your local market, our customers, specifically business customers and their business needs, and use this knowledge to improve our customers’ shopping experience;
    • Actively identify, build, and maintain long-lasting relationships with the local business community;
    • Create an IKEA Business action plan, combining input from the Store Commercial team, Local Marketing, Sales Department Managers and the Country IKEA Business Leader;
    • Ensure all co-workers in the store understand the specific needs of the IKEA Business customer and the IKEA offer provided for them, and you are familiar with what services we offer through IKEA Business;
    • Possess excellent knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, national priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions and local store and online competitors;
    • Analyzing your KPIs (key performance indicators) and working with the store to create meaningful actions to achieve our agreed goals;
    • Understand the impact of your actions and activities on the financial results of the store and know which results you have influence over;
    • Understand the IKEA social and environmental commitments and know how you can contribute to sustainability.

    This is a full-time (40 hours) and permanent position, based in Čačak with frequent traveling in surrounding areas and Belgrade.
