    University degree
    Minimum 8 years of related experience
    Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

    A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

    Monitor tenant turnover, store visitation and business data. Analyze tenant performance data and roll out turnover boosting action plans towards key tenants, potential tenants and risky tenants.
    Oversee daily tenant operations management, including daily store check, opeartion coordination, compliance management to ensure stable store operations and high tenant satisfaction.
    Closely collaborate with Leasing team to share customer data and tenant performance insights, align tenant support plan and renewal plan, continuously optimize tenant mix which is relevant to MP positioning and target customers and enhanch MP uniqueness.
    Closely work with Marketing and Activation team to cocreate with tenants and design differentiated and unique events, joint marketing and IP activities. Leverage tenant members program and intergrate in Livat Family program for better precision marketing and sales boost.
    Develop yearly Sales plan and secure additional income goal achievements. Explore differentiated Sales partners to enhance MP uniquess and always fresh offers.

    Maintain win-win relationship with tenants. Drive tenant business performance and maximize additional income. Work with Leasing for tenant mix optimization. Ensure sustainable MP business growth and goals delivery.
