WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Automation, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 3 years logistics related experience, at least 1 to 2 years experience of WMS, 1 to 2 years technical/automation/digitalization experience, such as AGV, AMR.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Experience in Linux Server and Microsoft System Engineering (Windows Server 2022 or previous versions, Windows11 or previous versions, SQL Database), a MCSE certification would be preferred.
• Expert in SQL, Python, Power BI, CAD, etc.
• Experience in AI, related project involvement is preferred.
• Experience in Cisco product 2600, 3700 series. Familiar with the setup of network routers, switchboards, wireless access points and so on.

• Support local Business plan& projects& give proposals.
• Support warehouse to reach operational efficiency goals by optimizing the working process.
• Maintenance of the warehouse & High bay related systems
• Handle day to day trouble shooting in the warehousing system. Contact with Helpdesk (Now IT) to fix local issues or incidents.
• Make proposals for change requests on the warehouse system, review the benefit & impact of new CRs for local DC.
• Responsible for implementation of new system releases and education for end users in local DC.
• Support range management & warehouse capacity assessment by pallet types, logistic set up maintenance related jobs.
• Responsible to install new software or software releases on all hardware used by warehouse exclusively, support maintenance works in warehouse environment.
• Responsible to give first level support for end-user regarding application and HW problems.IT-incidents, phone or security system incidents.
• Monitor the DC systems on OS and database level and maintain the runtime environment.
• Support automation/AI deployments (implement system developments and set-up aligned with Supplier and Operation) including developing the needed competencies to operate the automated solution and acting as change agent towards leaders and co-workers.
• Responsible for follow-up, creating actions based on the agreed automation/AI KPI/PI and for tracking the process according to system set up definition.
• Be able work in a team and cooperate with other functions in a polite and active manner with agile ways of working.
