Additional Information: • This role is Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight • Applications close 7 August 2026 • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. • Shift times start from 9:00am and the latest closing time is 9:30pm. • You have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Engage and assist customers to understand their needs and provide expert knowledge about IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. • Actively participate in selling activities with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked. • Build strong relationships within your team and across departments to promote collaboration and an inclusive work environment. • Assembling displays for the introduction of new products.
As Sales Co-worker you are: • Passionate about learning and sharing your knowledge of the IKEA range with customers. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment. • Customer-focused and driven to deliver a memorable shopping experience. • Friendly, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people. • An authentic approach in generating sales, whilst maintaining a professional, self-motivated attitude towards meeting sales targets and KPIs. • A ‘Togetherness’ mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and tools. • A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
