For this role we believe you have formal qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Experience. Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results
    • Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision
    • Good knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs
    • Broad knowledge about the local market environment, expectations from customers today and tomorrow to secure that commercial and service offers meet customer demands and needs
    • Good knowledge about legislations, requirements and compliance standards

    Your responsibilities

    To support the IKEA Business Leader and work with a cross-functional team to position IKEA as the first choice destination for businesses to enable extraordinary growth.
    • Work closely with other Commercial and non-commercial functions, e.g. marketing and CFF in order to execute and implement IKEA business strategy to drive sales and conversion
    • Continuously work with the IKEA Business Leader in realizing the objectives of IKEA Business in the local market, such as:
    o Work with functions in Commercial in the market, Group Market Support, and Group
    Digital to build solutions to meet local business customer needs. Act as Business representative and operational member in developing these solutions.
    o Work hands on with the stores to implement solutions to cater to business customer needs. Feed learnings from stores into local and global priorities.
    o Responsible to write responses to RFPs, coordinating input from HF&RD and CFF and Customer and delivering a high quality, on time
    • Lead special projects, such as targeted marketing campaigns or office furnishing events or
    implementation of new offers, from IKEA Business perspective
    • Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
    • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance),
    People & Culture)
    • Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals
    • Measure performance of output in own areas to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
    • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
