What you'll need to have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management or relationship management within the financial industry
• Proven successful experience in delivering growth in global and complex organizations as well as developing partnerships
• Proven successful experience of co-creating with digital, business development and/or innovation functions
• Proven experience in defining business plans, influencing senior leadership as well as leading teams, creating a strong network and nurturing 3rd party relationships
• Degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar
• Preferred: Experience in developing business and relationship within ecosystems and merchants

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hybrid workplace: 3days in the Service Office in Conshohocken, PA and 2 days remote. There is no relocation offered with this position.
Salary Range: $94,924.00-$141,506.00

What you'll be doing day to day

• Advise the Country Commercial Management Team and proactively contribute with inputs and expertise to IKEA business plan, commercial plan and commercial calendar process in order to maximize customer value and enable business growth via Financial Services.
• Responsible for maximizing the commercial growth according to defined targets and KPIs for Financial Services.
• Lead the Financial Services transformation in the country, with responsibility to develop the understanding throughout the organization of what and how Financial Services contribute to the growth agenda and to the improvement of the everyday life of the many people.
• Lead the tactical and operational planning on Financial Services commercial agenda in the country (e.g.,targets, offering, implementations), ensuring it is anchored in Business Plans and roadmaps and aligned with the banking relationships, in order to reach the defined targets in the agreed time.
• As the Financial Services point of contact in the country, be responsible for the development of the relationship with our partners for financial services in strong collaboration with global functions and other key group functions for strategic and tactical discussions, to optimize the conditions and experiences for our customers and for IKEA.
• Actively foster the interdependent leadership and active cooperation across all functions and units, within and outside Commercial, to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact.
• Sponsor new financial services initiatives with Business Development & Transformation, contribute with subject matter expertise, and lead the deployment and acceleration of those initiatives
• Stay up to date with market practice, competition, trends, new players, regulation and others that might have an impact on this-fast moving industry
• Benchmark IKEA financial services to competitors in a local and global perspective and document best practices across retail countries in order to improve deliverables
