We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our People Platform You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our People Platform area.
We believe you bring: • Has strong experience (8-10yrs) in integration product ownership or architecture — ideally within an HR technology or enterprise platform environment • Has worked across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Avature, OpenText, or ServiceNow and understands how they connect and interact • Understands integration patterns and middleware — familiar with APIs, event-driven architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and tools such as Astronomer, DBT, Fast API, or similar • Has a solid grasp of API governance, integration standards, and enterprise architecture principles • Naturally connects strategy to execution — able to work at both architectural and delivery levels • Is curious and forward-looking — translating AI, automation, and integration trends into actionable roadmap decisions • Is curious and forward-looking — turning AI, automation, and data trends into actionable roadmap decisions • Thrives in cross-functional environments — managing dependencies across engineering, architecture, and business teams • Communicates complex data and integration concepts clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
A day in your life with us
As a Senior Product Owner, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of our People Platform — ensuring reliable, connected, and intelligent data flows across our HR technology ecosystem. This includes ownership of integrations, middleware, pipelines, and reporting that underpin our People & Culture platforms.
This role is for someone who understands integrations deeply — how it moves, how it's governed, and how it creates value across an organisation. This means that you will:
• Define and own the multi-year data platform roadmap — covering integrations, middleware, system sources, pipelines, and reporting across the HR technology landscape • Define and own the integration roadmap across the People platform ecosystem — covering middleware, APIs, data pipelines, and system-to-system connections • Stay close to emerging integration technologies, tools, and market trends — translating them into practical direction • Lead planning and prioritisation — managing cross-platform dependencies across SuccessFactors, Avature, OpenText, ServiceNow, and adjacent systems • Define and govern integration standards, API frameworks, and middleware patterns across the People platform landscape • Translate complex business and technical needs into a clear, well-structured backlog using roadmap tools and Jira • Drive stakeholder alignment across engineering, architecture, business, and platform teams • Act as a trusted advisor on integration architecture, technical trade-offs, and platform connectivity decisions • Ensure reliability, performance, and governance across all integration flows and middleware components • Continuously improve integration quality, observability, and operational efficiency
