    Your responsibilities

    • Attract, recruit, and activate new IKEA FAMILY members in the local market.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with members by understanding their life at home, needs, and shopping behavior.
    • Ensure clear communication of IKEA FAMILY benefits and offers throughout the store, in close collaboration with other functions.
    • Analyse customer feedback, store performance, and membership data to continuously improve relevance and engagement.
    • Develop and implement activities, events, seminars, and offers that inspire members to visit the store more often and buy more.
    • Care for and reward IKEA FAMILY members to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
    • Always view the store through the eyes of the customer and inspire colleagues to do the same.
    • Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers.
    • Drive sales growth and IKEA FAMILY membership by working closely with the store commercial team and country IKEA FAMILY manager.
    • Use range knowledge and customer insights to influence and implement IKEA FAMILY offers aligned with commercial priorities.
    • Ensure strong visibility and optimal product placement of IKEA FAMILY offers throughout the store.
    • Identify local market potential and implement commercial activities that increase store traffic and membership conversion.
    • Keep up to date with members’ buying patterns and act quickly on commercial opportunities.
    • Ensure the IKEA FAMILY shop is inviting, well-maintained, and fully stocked at all times.
    • Maintain an engaging and up-to-date IKEA FAMILY online presence to drive store visits.
    • Implement national partner offers and identify relevant local partnerships to add value for members.
    • Ensure all co-workers understand the IKEA FAMILY concept and its impact on long-term growth and profitability.
    • Act as an ambassador for IKEA FAMILY and inspire colleagues to actively promote membership benefits.
    • Build strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and open two-way feedback.
    • Take an active role within the store commercial team to maximise IKEA FAMILY opportunities.
    • Work with the country IKEA FAMILY manager to develop competence and identify a successor.
    • Marketing Projects: Strategize and implement a comprehensive store marketing plan aligned with country strategy, commercial priorities,and market insights, ensuring it supports the store's business goals and customer experience.
    • Internal communication: Direct, manage and secure high quality internal communication with in the market.
