Who you areWe’re looking for you, who want to make it fast, easy, and positive for our customers to get a well-deserved break during their shopping experience. Your background can be varied – the most important thing is that you’re service-oriented, have lots of energy, and that you make things happen! As a dishwasher at IKEA Food, you’re comfortable with routine tasks, and it’s an advantage if you:
• Are used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience with keeping a high hygiene standard
• Used to work with routines within the service area
• Have experience in similar work.
Your responsibilities
As a dishwasher, you work as a part of IKEA FOOD. It is your job to ensure that customers have clean plates to eat their food when they enjoy a meal in our restaurant. In IKEA FOOD we see our dishwash as the heart of the operation, which means that you greatly impact the customer experience.
Among other things, we also expect you to:
• Work as a part of a dishwasher team
• Cleaning and keeping high hygiene standards so all the plates, glass, etc. are in perfect shape for the customers
• Work with routines in a fast-paced environment.

Further information
• This position is for an average of 32 hours per week
• Your working time will vary based on the business need, with shifts both in the morning and evening. You should also expect to work every second weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to give your input to the work schedule
• Salary and terms of employment follow 3F's Cafeteria union agreement and include pension- and free choice allowance as well as odd-hour payment
