We are in Älmhult, in IKEA of Sweden, where the total customer offer is being developed where we want to work close to our IKEA colleagues across the value chain and how we meet our customers every day. Beside the IKEA Museum, IKEA Hotel, the IKEA store, and many other places to learn and meet, there is Aktivitetshuset, which is a meeting place and spare time facility with lots of possibilities for IKEA co-workers and their families. If you choose to commute to Älmhult, the office is a stone's throw from the train station, and the shuttle buses to Helsingborg leave right outside IKEA of Sweden.

Right now, we are looking for a Food Steering Coordinator

As a Food Steering Coordinator you will be preparing, executing and follow-up operational and tactical assignments to support the Food business. Ensuring the right structure, framework and enablers to realize key deliverables and participate, coordinate and plan activities within the Yearly Calendar and as per assignment. You will also prepare relevant material in various topics related to the Food business and do administrative support for day-to-day work within Food management. That means support and lead administrational work for the Food Manager and be a point of contact on behalf of the Food area.

To shine in this role, you need to have:

• Broad business knowledge within IKEA
• Profound project management and facilitation skills

• Good understanding of the IKEA Strategic landscape and its content
• Excellent English, spoken and writte
• Very good knowledge of, and experienced of working in, digital tools used in the assignment
• Creative and able to think outside of the box
• Excellent Communication skills
• Extensive analytical skills

Furthermore, you need to have:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure that initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams
• Excellent ability to juggle competing priorities and work well in a fast paced and changing environment
• Strong persistent
