What you'll be doing day to day
As a Warehouse Shift Manager, supporting the operations at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
Plan the shift operational model for equipment, staffing, and store promotions to meet goods availability by utilizing forecasting tools and relevant reports.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to secure optimal operational results.
Increase operational efficiency to reduce costs and improve quality and productivity.
Respond to safety related incidents, and proactively audit practices and procedures.
Lead and develop unit leaders and co-workers through open and honest development conversations, sharing knowledge of the IKEA culture and business.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time, Salary
SHIFTS –Sun- Thurs 7:30 Pm to 4 am.
The salary pay range for this role is $60939-$88186 per year

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leading and motivate large teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving approach to challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Requirements
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
