Your responsibilities

'- Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in the local market.
- Implement the agreed HF&RD action plan with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail to support a better customer shopping experience.
- Actively work to develop and implement locally relevant, functional, aesthetic, and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations and reflect IKEA brand identity.
- Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost consciousness when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions using global tools and best practices.
- Plan and implement ideas and solutions in many different styles, functions, and price profiles to fit individual tastes and strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA product range.
- Optimize the use of the IKEA store layout by developing and implementing smart solutions in all IKEA store media through extensive knowledge and capabilities across all fields. ​
- Keep visitors in mind when working on the shop floor by minimizing disruption, prioritizing safety, and maintaining a strong visual impact at all times.
