We are looking for a Product Owner to join our People Platform. You will play a key role in shaping how HR data is structured, governed, and delivered — ensuring that business leaders can make informed decisions based on data they can trust.
We believe you bring:
Strong knowledge of HR domain and HR processes and systems – SuccessFactors, Global View — you understand how data flows across the employee lifecycle
Experience in data standardization — data models, consistency, and quality
Experience owning and communicating a product roadmap, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
The ability to identify gaps in data pipelines and translate them into clear use cases for engineering teams
Strong stakeholder communication skills — you can bridge business, data, and technology
5–6 years of experience in a similar role within HR Tech or data-driven environments
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus

A day in your life with us
As a Product Owner in the People Platform team, you will be at the heart of a foundational transformation in HR Tech. Your work will directly impact how data is designed, governed, and delivered — enabling business leaders across IKEA to make informed, data-driven decisions.
You will own the roadmap for data pipelines that sit at the core of our HR data foundation — identifying what needs to be built, what gaps exist, and ensuring the right use cases are prioritized and delivered on time.
This means that you will:
Own and communicate the product roadmap for HR data pipelines — setting priorities, managing deadlines, and ensuring alignment across teams
Identify use cases that are not yet supported by existing pipelines and translate them into clear requirements for engineering teams
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Cyber teams to ensure solutions are built to the right standard
Gather requirements from vendors and external systems to ensure data flows are complete and fit for purpose
Communicate with service delivery teams to ensure that data as a product is operable and reliable
Support the People Operations Transformation program by aligning the roadmap to broader organizational priorities
