    You come with a strong background in design-led role and store planning experience. Skilled at leading and inspiring teams, driving creative outcomes, and visually expressing brand identity with a keen eye for aesthetics and market trends. You are Customer-focused and commercially minded, with proven ability to plan, execute, and contribute to business results as part of a management team. Confident communicator and coach, adept at problem-solving, building high-performing teams, and delivering creative solutions in dynamic environments.

    Your responsibilities

    To lead, develop and inspire the Com&In team and other functions in the store in increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions and know how in the local market. Accountable for the store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home.

    • Lead and inspire the store Com&In team to deliver creative, commercial, and aesthetic solutions that strengthen the IKEA Brand.
    • Drive creative processes by initiating workshops, fostering a trustful environment, and securing vitality and seasonality through a commercial calendar.
    • Ensure effective range presentation and optimal store layout using IKEA tools, display techniques, and store communication methods.
    • Translate market insights and customer behavior into inspiring home furnishing solutions aligned with the IKEA Concept.
    • Partner with store management to stimulate interest in home furnishing and contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term business planning.
    • Recruit and develop a high-performing Com&In team through competence development, retention, and succession planning.
    • Identify and act on opportunities to grow the business, balancing commercial, aesthetic, and practical priorities
