    • Who you are

    You are the operational expert within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) tower, driving operational excellence across Finance & Procurement Operations. You support the Service Manager by transforming operational insights into actions, improving operational performance, driving standardization across countries and continuously improving customer experience, revenue integrity and service quality.
    You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can analyze performance, solve problems and contribute to creating efficient and standardized finance processes across countries.
    You contribute to delivering the 3E’s (Effectiveness, Efficiency and Experience) while supporting Ingka's ambition to become a lower-cost company through simplification, standardization and automation.

    What we're looking for

    • University degree and 3–5 years of relevant Finance experience or a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and end-to-end Finance operations.
    • Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, service performance and operational reporting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with countries, shared service partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Fluent English and confidence working in an international environment.

    A day in your life with us

    Every day is an opportunity to improve the performance and effectiveness of our Order-to-Cash operations. You will:
    • Drive operational excellence across the O2C tower.
    • Support day-to-day operations across the O2C area, ensuring stable, efficient and high-quality service delivery.
    • Monitor, analyze and interpret KPIs and SLAs and operational performance, taking proactive actions when performance declines or is not improving as expected.
    • Perform root cause analysis and help implement sustainable solutions to recurring issues.
    • Drive standardization across countries and challenge local deviations.
    • Collaborate with countries, Service Managers and delivery partners to drive consistency and standardization across markets.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on Efficiency, Experience and Effectiveness.
    • Lead/support country escalations and operational reviews with IBM.
    • Support/Lead Business Verification (BV) testing and provide operational feedback.
    • Identify simplification, automation and optimization opportunities.
    • Provide operational insights and recommendations to the Service Manager, Global Process Teams and Digital.
    • Drive operational excellence across areas such as Sales Reconciliation, Receivables, Cash Application, Collections and Dispute Management.
    • Improve resolution lead times with countries and IBM.
    • Support Customer Master Data quality and standardization.
    • Improve Tender Reconciliation and revenue integrity across countries.
    • Support new in-house O2C services, including SAREC OMNI operational activities.
    • Identify opportunities to improve store responsiveness and customer experience.
    • Increase automation, standardization and touchless O2C processing wherever possible.
    • Ensure compliance with global O2C standards, controls and governance.
