    • Experience leading or playing a key technical role in at least one end-to-end OpenText xECM implementation or major rollout, preferably integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Strong experience translating business requirements and user stories into technical designs, solution options, estimates, implementation plans, and clear engineering tasks.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance to engineers, coordinate cross-system delivery, review implementation approaches, and collaborate across teams and modules.
    • Strong experience designing and configuring Business Workspaces, workspace hierarchies, document types, categories, metadata, security models, permissions, and business rules in OpenText Content Server, with attention to maintainability and governance.

    • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills, including the ability to lead resolution of complex production, performance, data-flow, and integration issues and prevent recurrence.
    • Experience contributing to implementation planning, technical validation, testing strategy, release readiness, and production transition for OpenText xECM solutions.

    • Experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs and cloud platforms, including robust error handling and observability.
    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and HR document management, including secure handling of employee documents and lifecycle events.
    • Knowledge of PowerDocs, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Google Cloud Platform, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise monitoring tools is an advantage.
